About The Position

AVTECH Global is seeking skilled and motivated A&P Technicians to perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. The role supports aircraft safety and performance through routine and non-routine maintenance, troubleshooting, line maintenance, accurate documentation, and AOG recovery efforts. Technicians work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel if required.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• Previous commercial aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft.
• Line maintenance or AOG experience.
• Familiarity with FAR Part 121 or 145 operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical discrepancies.
• Execute line maintenance tasks, including A-checks, overnight checks, and service checks.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company safety standards.
• Complete maintenance documentation and logbook entries accurately.
• Support aircraft-on-ground (AOG) recovery efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.
