About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. The purpose of this position is to schedule, dispatch, and process all aircraft flights in our data management system (AIMS), answer phones, and provide aviation students with a high level of customer service. The role also involves assisting the supervisor with report generation, flight training material preparation, and ensuring prompt services to students by filing flight training documents.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, dispatching, data processing of all aircraft flights in our data management system (AIMS)
  • Answer phones and effectively answer questions for students and instructors in a timely manner
  • Providing aviation students with a high level of customer service
  • Assist supervisor with some report generating and preparation
  • Assist with the preparation of flight training materials
  • Assist full-time staff as requested to ensure prompt services to the students
  • Schedule, dispatch and process flights
  • Ensure that all flight training documents are filed
  • File flight training documents
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
