Requirements

FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
Previous Part 91, 135, or 121 dispatch experience.
Strong communicator — professional, clear, and confident.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Comfortable under pressure and able to multitask without losing focus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn JetInsight scheduling software.
Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Arrange ground handling, deicing, fuel, permits, customs, and crew travel.
Read, interpret, and communicate key flight updates.
Schedule pilots in compliance with FAA regulations and Jetvia policies.
Track every flight from departure to arrival, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
Prepare and distribute schedules, trip sheets, and itineraries.
Assist with flight planning and weather analysis.
Work closely with Concierge, Crew Schedulers and Sales to deliver seamless trips.
