About The Position

Join Lyon Aviation as a VIP Cabin Attendant and become part of a professional flight department dedicated to delivering exceptional service aboard private business aircraft. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys luxury hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by the opportunity to travel the world. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. Our cabin attendants are trusted professionals who may spend days or weeks away from home, work an unpredictable schedule, and respond to trips on short notice. Requirements

  • Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • A mature, confident professional with excellent command presence.
  • Outstanding hospitality, hosting, and customer service skills.
  • Meticulous cleaning standards and a keen eye for detail.
  • Calm, adaptable, and composed under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide and be away from home for extended periods.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and an unpredictable schedule with a two-hour response time when on duty.
  • Must live within 60 minutes of Pittsfield, Massachusetts
  • Valid passport and authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, fine dining, or yachting is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with the right attitude and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional VIP experience with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Prepare the aircraft cabin with catering, amenities, and special requests before each flight.
  • Plan, present, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the cabin, galley, and baggage areas.
  • Ensure the aircraft is fully stocked and flight-ready.
  • Coordinate catering, supplies, and passenger preferences.
  • Maintain accurate post-flight records, inventory, and restocking.
  • Work closely with pilots and the operations team to provide seamless service.
