About The Position

The Air Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and develops working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. This is a part-time seasonal position. The schedule requires availability for flexible shift hours, up to five days per week, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
