About The Position

This role is responsible for owning the job file, creating and updating relevant documentation, and generating Customer Invoices in the system. The Air Operations Specialist will manage all Airfreight Operations activities post-booking for their assigned customers, including documentation, system updates, operational finance, and proactive communication with customer service regarding exceptions. This role also involves supporting customer service in resolving customer queries and handling exceptions.

Requirements

• Experience in Airfreight Operations.
• Proficiency in file management.
• Ability to create and update documentation.
• Experience with system updates.
• Knowledge of operational finance.
• Strong communication skills for proactive exception reporting.
• Customer service support skills for query resolution and exception handling.

Responsibilities

• Owns the job file and is responsible for creating and updating relevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.
• Manages all Airfreight Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview, including all file management activities post booking.
• Handles documentation.
• Performs system updates.
• Manages operational finance.
• Provides proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
• Supports customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
