About The Position

This role is responsible for owning the job file, including creating and updating relevant documentation and customer invoices in the system. The Air Operations Agent will manage all Airfreight Operations activities post booking for their assigned customers. This includes all file management activities, documentation, system updates, and operational finance. The role also involves proactive communication with customer service regarding exceptions and supporting customer service in resolving queries and handling exceptions.

Requirements

• Experience in Airfreight Operations
• Proficiency in system updates and documentation
• Understanding of operational finance
• Ability to communicate proactively with customer service
• Skills in customer query resolution and exception handling

Responsibilities

• Owns the job file and is responsible for creating and updating relevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.
• Manages all Airfreight Operations activities under file management for assigned customers post booking.
• Handles documentation, system updates, and operational finance.
• Provides proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
• Supports customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
