About The Position

In doing so, we strive to drive the success of all Customers and Stakeholders. This position is responsible for coordinate the handling of documentation and advances for clearance, delivery of freight after clearance, and monitoring and control all entry/entry summary preparation to ensure shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
• Responsible for all Import of Air & Ocean shipments.
• Work with forwarders on daily basis.
• Ensure POD is supplied.
• Expediting and tracing as required.
• Determination of profit levels and billing.
• Process required customs documentation.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of department processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
