Requirements

• Proven track record in air import management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and vendor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve a minimum of 95% timely delivery for all air import shipments, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
• Optimize the import process by implementing at least two new solutions per quarter to reduce transit time and costs by 10% over the year.
• Establish robust relationships with vendors and partners, achieving a 20% increase in favorable terms and reduced rates within six months.
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, achieving zero customs penalties or delays.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics monthly, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency by 15% in the first year.
• Develop strategic initiatives contributing to a 30% increase in new business opportunities annually.
