Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate air export shipments, primarily small parcel shipments to Japan
- Prepare shipping documents and export-related paperwork
- Perform data screening and shipment information verification
- Track shipments and update shipment status as needed
- Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery information
- Provide general administrative and operational support related to export shipments
