The Air Export Night Agent will serve in an operations capacity, responsible for processing export shipments including accompanying export documentation. Requirements

  • Effective interpersonal skills - including the ability to listen, comprehend and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Global logistics industry knowledge
  • Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Fluent in English

  • Action miscellaneous accounting items that pertain to assigned accounts
  • Send shipment alerts to all customers and keep them updated on the progress of their shipments

  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow according to Expeditors' operational procedures.
  • Follow customer's standard operating procedures and proactively notify customers of any issues.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operational systems according to Expeditors' operational procedures and customer requirements.
  • Monitor exception reports for quick data integrity resolution.
  • Invoice customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Expeditors and customer requirements.
  • Properly provision service provider charges to avoid reserves.
  • Follow proper credit approval processes in order to minimize risk and protect the company.
