About The Position

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring an 3rd Shift AIKI Springer at our Ridgeway, SC location. Schedule: 9pm - 5:30am Sunday - Thursday (Mandatory overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work required). Compensation: $18.25 per hour (plus $1.25 per hour shift differential). The Springer is responsible for supplying, staging, and storing materials throughout the plant. This position is also responsible for cross-training and providing break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department.

Requirements

Previous forklift experience
Minimum of 6 months experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

Supply, Stage, and Store materials throughout the plant
Perform basic clean-up at the end of shift including emptying trim scrap, dumpsters, and assisting other areas with their TPM efforts as directed.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
Cross-train and provide break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department
