About The Position

Isola is hiring a 2nd Shift AIKI Springer at its Ridgeway, South Carolina location. The Springer supplies, stages, and stores materials throughout the plant and cross-trains and provides break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department. The assigned schedule is 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with extended shifts and weekend overtime required. Compensation is $19.75 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential.

Requirements

Previous forklift experience.
At least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Ability to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing, and proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Supply, stage, and store materials throughout the plant.
Perform basic end-of-shift cleanup, including emptying trim scrap and dumpsters, and assist other areas with TPM efforts as directed.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
Cross-train and provide break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department.
