Responsibilities
- Participate in classroom instruction and on-the-job training to learn care techniques and procedures
- Assist residents with daily routines, room organization, and basic comfort needs
- Maintain clean and safe environments by removing hazards and using proper infection control methods
- Deliver meal trays, promote intake, and document required information during nutrition related tasks
- Help residents during scheduled programs, transport them safely, and support participation in group activities
- Clean medical equipment and restock supplies to support unit operations
