About The Position
The TEMPORARY Early Childhood Assistant Teacher or Kindergarten Aide supports the instructional program by performing tasks assigned by the regular classroom teacher.
Requirements
- Holds a high school diploma or GED.
- Holds “Aide” classification.
- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
- Holds valid CPR and first aid cards.
- To qualify for the Early Childhood Assistant Teacher classification, the successful candidate must agree to complete a Temporary or Permanent Authorization endorsed for Early Childhood Assistant Teacher.
Responsibilities
- The TEMPORARY Early Childhood Assistant Teacher or Kindergarten Aide shall have the responsibilities and duties as outlined in the Putnam County Schools Job Description.
