This is a remote, field-based role requiring the candidate to reside within the North Area territory in the United States and drive to multiple accounts. The AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative, Biologics is responsible for driving the adoption of Medtronic’s spine biologics portfolio within the AiBLE ecosystem, including Infuse, Grafton, Mastergraft, and future product introductions. The role involves strategic business planning, sales execution, and educating/mentoring sales representatives. You will leverage surgeon, institutional, and administrative relationships to showcase clinical and economic expertise, expand our biologics footprint, and grow the business. This position partners with key business leaders at strategic accounts to lead cross-functional collaboration, extend competitive advantages, and evolve the value proposition towards integrated, solution-based spine care.
