About The Position

Corpay seeks a hands-on, results-driven AI Visibility Program Manager to revolutionize our AI-driven discoverability and brand authority. As the program owner, you’ll partner directly with executive leadership, marketing, product, and external partners to ensure Corpay is the leader in how often we’re discovered, cited, reviewed, and recommended across cutting-edge AI platforms and influential third-party sources. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute a new discipline that sits at the intersection of generative AI, SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a dedicated SEO-focused role (SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, SEO Strategist).
• Strong background in SaaS, FinTech, Technology, or enterprise B2B environments.
• Deep understanding of AI Search, AIO, AEO, and major LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
• Advanced proficiency with SEO/analytics tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity.
• Proven ability to measure and optimize AI visibility (citations, mentions, prompt tracking, competitive analysis).
• Expertise in technical SEO (schema markup, JSON-LD, robots.txt, llms.txt, XML sitemaps, crawling/indexing fundamentals).
• Exceptional analytical, writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience with AI visibility/AEO platforms (Profound, AirOps, Peec.AI, Brand Radar).
• In-depth knowledge of how AI platforms retrieve and cite information, including differences between mentions and citations.
• Experience in journalism, consulting, product marketing, or growth marketing.
• B2B fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services industry background.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the AI visibility strategy for a designated Corpay business line, driving measurable increases in AI citations, mentions, and recommendations.
• Analyze Corpay’s and competitors’ presence across top AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.), identifying visibility gaps and prioritizing high-impact actions.
• Develop a dynamic content agenda targeting the questions buyers ask AI tools; collaborate with internal and agency reporters to generate authoritative articles, research, and thought leadership.
• Partner with Media, PR, and external publishers to secure high-value placements and third-party citations.
• Lead initiatives to boost the quantity, quality, and influence of customer reviews and Corpay’s presence on review platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, establish clear project ownership, remove blockers, and drive initiatives from analysis to execution.
• Regularly report performance and adapt strategies based on the evolving AI discovery landscape.
