The AI Value Delivery Lead role is an AI-First position focused on driving customer outcomes and scaling our delivery function. This is a high-ownership, high-growth role where you will be directly involved in impactful work.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, deployments, customer success, or a transformation-adjacent role with hands-on experience running structured workstreams.
  • Understanding of operational design and familiarity with process engineering.
  • Ability to think abstractly and communicate effectively at all levels, including executive facilitation & storytelling, user journey design, customer experience, and product.
  • Design thinking depth, change management skills, and a builder mindset.
  • Player-coach mentality, capable of multiplying team effectiveness with experience and scaling with AI.
  • Outcome-oriented and creatively scrappy approach: ability to hypothesize, hustle, hone, and know when to adapt frameworks.
  • Technological self-starter with a mindset of treating setbacks as learning opportunities.
  • Comfort in ambiguity: ability to scope a problem, create a plan, and execute without perfect information.
  • Clear communication skills across different levels, from crisp Slack messages to clean executive summaries.
  • Active use of automation, no-code tools, and AI workflows, with the curiosity and speed to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute structured onboarding & implementation sprints to help customers achieve their key milestones within 20-30 days.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination, customer communication, and progress tracking during onboarding.
  • Partner with senior leads on executive-facing deliverables, journey maps, readouts, and change deployment sessions, with the goal of facilitating these independently over time.
  • Identify and propose solutions to friction points in the implementation process to improve our playbooks.
  • Act as a liaison between field learnings and the Product and Sales teams, providing observations to inform Klarity's evolution.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 10-15 enterprise customers with a book of business ownership of $1-3M.
