About The Position

This role focuses on bringing structure and visibility to AI across Cook County Health (CCH). It works across clinical, operational, and technology teams to track how AI is being used, what’s working, and where we’re seeing real impact. This role will serve as a central point of coordination for AI-related visibility, helping ensure we are aligned, not duplicating efforts, and focused on areas that matter most. The position is not focused on building AI, but on ensuring we understand how it is being used, where it is delivering value, and where it is creating risk. The goal is to provide clear, consistent insight into AI across the organization so we can make informed decisions, avoid unnecessary investment, and focus on initiatives that improve operations and patient experience. Given the complexity of the organization, this role will need to navigate a lot of moving pieces, connect the dots across teams, and keep us grounded in what’s practical within our workflows and environment.
