About The Position

We are building a small, high-impact team of problem-solvers, builders, and operators who will help us transform and evolve in the AI era. This is not a traditional role with narrowly defined responsibilities. You will join a cross-functional transformation squad focused on identifying inefficiencies, challenging legacy workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact. Some team members may come from technical backgrounds. Others from operations, product, analytics, project management, or completely different industries. What matters the most: ability to solve real problems in a variety of different departments across the organization, be agile and forward-thinking, not to be tied to legacy systems and processes, be innovative and propose creative solutions, and adaptability. We are looking for people who naturally ask: “Why do we still do it this way?” and then help build something new and better.
