About The Position

The AI Transformation Program Manager is responsible for shaping and advancing the company's long-term vision, strategy, governance framework, and operating model for responsible internal AI adoption and value realization. The role works closely with executive leadership to identify enterprise-wide transformation opportunities, influence business strategy, establish AI-enabled operating models, and drive sustainable competitive advantage through responsible AI innovation. It leads the most complex, cross-functional, and business-critical transformation initiatives while establishing organizational capabilities, governance standards, adoption frameworks, and value measurement methodologies used across the enterprise. As a recognized subject matter expert, this role influences executive decision-making, industry best practices, and enterprise investment priorities while ensuring AI initiatives align with corporate objectives, risk management requirements, regulatory expectations, and long-term business outcomes.

Requirements

15+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, technology strategy, AI innovation, digital transformation, operating model design, or business transformation programs.
Demonstrated success defining and leading enterprise-wide AI strategies and large-scale transformation portfolios in global organizations.
Deep expertise in generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, enterprise governance, AI operating models, and responsible AI frameworks.
Experience advising executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions involving substantial organizational investment and change.
Proven ability to establish enterprise governance models, transformation offices, centers of excellence, and sustainable adoption frameworks.
Strong knowledge of evolving AI regulatory environments, privacy requirements, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Exceptional executive communication, organizational influence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and continuously evolve the enterprise-wide vision, transformation strategy, and multi-year roadmap for responsible AI adoption and business transformation.
Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic opportunities where AI can fundamentally improve operating models, productivity, decision-making, customer outcomes, and enterprise value creation.
Serve as the principal advisor to senior executives on AI transformation opportunities, risks, industry trends, governance considerations, and investment priorities.
Establish enterprise-wide transformation frameworks, operating models, governance processes, and portfolio management methodologies that guide AI adoption across all business functions.
Oversee the enterprise AI transformation portfolio, ensuring prioritization and investment decisions align with corporate strategy, expected value, organizational readiness, and risk tolerance.
Sponsor and guide the most complex, high-impact, and strategically significant AI transformation initiatives across the organization.
Establish standardized approaches for business case evaluation, value realization measurement, prioritization, scalability assessment, and benefits tracking.
Establish and continuously enhance enterprise policies, governance structures, standards, and accountability frameworks for responsible AI adoption.
Lead executive and enterprise governance forums responsible for oversight of AI strategy, investment decisions, risks, compliance, and transformation outcomes.
Foster an AI-enabled culture that promotes innovation, experimentation, responsible usage, and continuous learning. Influence senior leaders and business stakeholders to integrate AI transformation objectives into strategic planning and operational execution.
Serve as a visible enterprise champion for AI transformation and organizational change.
Evaluate strategic partnerships, vendor ecosystems, and innovation opportunities that can accelerate enterprise transformation goals.
Provide executive leadership with ongoing insights, strategic recommendations, risk assessments, and portfolio performance reporting. Lead resolution of enterprise-level risks, dependencies, conflicts, and organizational barriers affecting transformation success.
