About The Position

The AI transformation team, part of the broader Strategy department, leads the company's AI agenda from ambition setting through blueprinting (designing AI-enabled workflows) and execution. The team partners with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to define AI priorities and works closely with IT and business functions to deliver against the strategy. It also monitors the evolving AI landscape, translating emerging trends into actionable opportunities in collaboration with relevant business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in technology adoption and enablement, learning & development, digital transformation, product or tools management, or related roles, with demonstrated experience driving end-user adoption of new technology across cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, LLM chat interfaces, Cowork), including practical experience building and configuring reusable prompts, skills, plug-ins, or lightweight AI tools to improve everyday workflows
  • Strong technology-adoption and enablement capability, translating new functionality into practical, department-specific solutions that improve existing workflows without requiring redesign, with a track record of driving end-user adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Skilled at developing clear enablement collateral - configuration guides, user documentation, and training content spanning foundational to advanced proficiency - tailored to varied audiences and technical comfort levels
  • Ability to design and run technology pilots, defining success criteria, gathering usage feedback, and converting results into practical scaling recommendations
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, partnering with departmental champions, Communications, and IT to drive alignment and adoption without formal authority
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts, generative AI, and digital product development sufficient to engage credibly with technical teams and departmental users and to contextualize business requirements
  • Solid project management discipline, managing own workstreams with minimal oversight while providing reliable support to broader program management and blueprinting efforts led by others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating training materials, user-facing communications, and leader enablement resources
  • Proactive and impact-oriented, with high standards and the ability to iterate based on user feedback to deliver quality output
  • Independently drives progress in ambiguity, with strong ownership, follow-through, and the confidence to drive progress across multiple concurrent workstreams in ambiguous environments
  • Proficiency in standard productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration and enablement platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, Miro, or equivalent)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the power, utilities, or clean energy sector, including solid knowledge of clean energy technologies and renewable project development preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise AI adoption, including the set of initiatives that embed AI tools into everyday knowledge work in each department. Includes designing, running, and evaluating AI pilots, defining success criteria and user personas, and translating results into go/no-go recommendations for program leadership
  • Partner with departments and departmental champions to develop department-specific standalone AI use cases, plug-ins, and skills (e.g., Legal, Controlling, Investment & Valuation, Engineering, Operations, etc), including owning requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and iteration in collaboration with technical teams and end users
  • Create and maintain enablement collateral for these department-specific tools, including configuration guides, user documentation, and training materials. Develop advanced and department-specific training content that builds on companywide foundational training
  • Equip departmental champions with practical materials, playbooks, and department adoption plans to reinforce and role-model AI tool use in their teams, driving sustained adoption of AI-enabled ways of working
  • Gather and synthesize adoption and usage feedback from office-work users, surfacing high-value use cases, friction points, and tool requests. Feed these insights into continuous improvement of department tools and enablement content
  • Partner with IT on prioritizing AI tool requests through the demand intake process, based on value, feasibility, and data readiness when internal technical resourcing is required
  • Provide hands-on support to the AI-enabled workflow re-design (“blueprinting”) workstream led by other AI Transformation colleagues, contributing to workflow re-design execution, workshop facilitation, and use-case funnel prioritization
  • Provide hands-on support to the program management workstream led by other AI Transformation colleagues, contributing to enterprise change management, program-level resource management, and portfolio analytics and KPI tracking
