About The Position

This role exists to close the gap between AI investment and measurable business value by driving culture change and adoption within mid-market companies. The company partners with organizations where AI transformation is a CEO-level priority, guiding them through the entire journey. The primary focus is on helping leaders become confident AI users and fostering widespread adoption across the organization, ultimately leading to regular AI usage and demonstrable business results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience training, teaching, or coaching adults, specifically with executive or senior-leadership audiences.
  • Experience owning client relationships directly, including recurring meetings, maintaining momentum, and building trust.
  • A quantifiable track record of moving groups from resistance or skepticism to active adoption of new tools, processes, or behaviors, with measurable proof.
  • Hands-on experience using AI in your own work, able to demonstrate practical application.
  • Comfort being challenged live by skeptical executives without a script.
  • Experience may come from training, consulting, operations, leadership, or coaching backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Run sessions that change how people work, focusing on practical application and behavior change rather than just polished training.
  • Demonstrate the value of AI by showing specific, practical applications and measurable time savings or new possibilities relevant to the client's actual work.
  • Adapt session delivery in real-time based on the audience's needs, whether they require understanding the 'why,' smaller steps for experimentation, or a credible peer voice.
  • Own the client relationship between sessions, serving as the primary point of contact, understanding their business, answering questions, and maintaining adoption momentum through various means like async videos or channel support.
  • Provide trusted advice to clients on broader strategic questions related to AI, AI policy, or overcoming specific team challenges, without the responsibility of selling additional work.
  • Manage day-to-day client logistics, with scheduling handled by others.
  • Stay current on evolving AI tools and platforms, maintaining a strong working knowledge and the ability to quickly evaluate new capabilities.
  • Act as the 'eyes and ears' of the field by surfacing patterns, client feedback, and areas of difficulty to the company to improve their methodology and offerings.
