About The Position

Praecipio is hiring an AI Transformation Lead to own the organizational side of enterprise AI transformation. The role leads client operating model engagements focused on adapting organizations for teams working alongside AI agents, including org design, decision rights, governance, and workforce readiness. It also helps architect Praecipio’s own agentic operating model, using the internal transformation to develop methods and frameworks that can be applied to client engagements.

The lead will work as a peer to practice leads in AI strategy, engineering, and enablement; facilitate advisory workshops for executive and delivery audiences; and turn engagement learnings into repeatable, sellable methodology. The position combines client-billable strategy work with internal methodology development and involves building a new capability in an ambiguous, evolving domain.

Requirements

• Deep roots in organizational design and change management, ideally in a consulting or transformation delivery context.
• Fluency across AI strategy, engineering, and enablement sufficient to work with technical practice leads and skeptical executives.
• A strong, defensible point of view on what AI-native organizations look like.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a capability that does not yet exist at Praecipio.
• Executive presence and facilitation skill at the client decision-maker level.
• Current experience working in Git, GitHub, and Claude Code in the terminal.
