About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Architect to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on embedding artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities into core business systems and operational workflows. This role bridges executive strategy and technical execution, ensuring AI adoption is scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments involving legacy system modernization, data transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives in complex environments
• Strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures across legacy and cloud ecosystems
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles translating strategy into execution
• Deep understanding of data ecosystems, pipelines, and governance
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Demonstrated success driving large-scale technology adoption
• Proven experience leading AI-driven modernization initiatives involving legacy systems (e.g., mainframe environments)
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG pipelines) into enterprise systems beyond proof-of-concept

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise AI transformation strategies aligned with business and operational goals
• Architect scalable AI/ML and generative AI solutions integrated into existing enterprise systems
• Partner with executive stakeholders and consulting teams to define use cases, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption
• Oversee integration of AI capabilities across legacy and modern platforms, ensuring interoperability and performance
• Establish governance frameworks covering ethical AI use, compliance, and model validation
• Drive collaboration across data engineering, software development, and business teams
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend tools, platforms, and architectural approaches
• Mentor technical teams and enforce best practices across the AI lifecycle
