About The Position

Real Chemistry is seeking an AI Transformation Analyst to help reimagine how the business operates. The analyst will join the transformation team and work with General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including finance, accounting, operations, resource management, marketing, legal, and internal communications. The role documents current processes and operating models, designs future-state alternatives, and helps implement AI transformation initiatives. It also develops business cases and prioritizes opportunities based on value, considering people, processes, systems, vendors, and data to determine whether work should be automated, redesigned, or addressed with an appropriate technology or process solution. The position is hybrid, based in any of Real Chemistry’s US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remote within the US, depending on team and business needs. It reports to the Vice President, Strategy and Revenue Analytics.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or digital consulting, or in a corporate strategy, transformation, or M&A integration role.
  • Hands-on transformation experience, such as digital transformation, M&A integration, acquisitions, or divestitures, including process mapping, integration or separation planning, Day 1 readiness, or operating model design.
  • Demonstrated experience mapping current- and future-state processes and designing target operating models; experience across G&A or back-office functions is ideal.
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI assistants, AI agents, Power Automate, Workato, or RPA, and ability to translate business needs into practical automation use cases.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings simply and confidently to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Structured problem-solving, ownership, and a bias for action when addressing ambiguous cross-functional challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels and guide teams through change.

  • Assess opportunities for AI and automation to eliminate, streamline, or augment manual work; build business cases and prioritize a transformation roadmap.

  • Inventory and assess existing automations and tools, identify gaps and redundancies, and recommend how to increase value from current investments.
  • Analyze outsourced and in-house work, vendor fit, and costs; identify where AI enablement could support automation or bringing work in-house.
  • Partner with function leaders to plan and execute transitions, including change management, training, communications, and success measures.
  • Develop executive-ready process maps, operating model blueprints, business cases, and roadmaps, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
