About The Position

This role involves reviewing, critiquing, and generating examples for AI model outputs across diverse domains. The AI Trainer will collaborate remotely with fellow experts to evaluate, improve, and annotate data sets. Key responsibilities include delivering clear, insightful feedback and written rationales, authoring and refining prompts, questions, and tasks that challenge AI reasoning, and contributing to ongoing testing of AI performance. The role also requires documenting findings, communicating progress to stakeholders, and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and engagement level of all project deliverables.
