AI Tools Engineer, Storage Infrastructure

Crusoe•San Francisco, CA
•$140,000 - $160,000

About The Position

Crusoe is hiring an AI Tools Engineer for its Storage engineering team, which supports the company’s AI cloud platform. The role builds AI-powered tools and automation to make storage operations and engineering workflows faster and smarter, while helping shape how the team uses AI in its day-to-day work. The engineer will encourage adoption of tools such as Claude Code and Codex by developing use cases, reducing barriers to use, and advocating for new tools. They will help engineers apply AI to test creation, correctness checks, and code review, and coach and mentor colleagues in effective use of these tools. The role partners with DevX on tooling and platform-level changes, including CI and broader infrastructure; it drives adoption and use cases within Storage rather than owning DevX-managed platform systems.
