About The Position
The AI Technical Specialist will be a key technical expert with experience in Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI solutions. This person will provide technical depth during pre-sales, sales presentations, and client interactions. The role requires strong communication and articulation skills to effectively translate complex AI concepts to diverse client stakeholders, supporting business growth and client trust.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies, especially LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Proven experience or strong understanding of Agentic AI solutions and frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in client-facing roles including conducting in-person meetings and technical sales presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and technically on AI use cases.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and consulting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
