Requirements

Proven experience with AI tools, business systems, and technology implementation
Strong project management skills — you move projects forward and keep stakeholders aligned
Tech-savvy and self-directed, with experience in platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, and Google Suite/MS tools
A natural problem-solver who sees complexity as an opportunity, not a roadblock
Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teammates

Responsibilities

Lead execution of technology-related projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with company goals
Ensure reliable technology support, system uptime, and swift resolution of technical issues for all users
Own integration of software systems, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms and redundancies are eliminated
Own the identification, evaluation, and deployment of AI tools and systems that improve company efficiency and outcomes
Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and processes, and ensure team members are trained and well-supported
Own relationships with software and technology vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness, service quality, and alignment with business needs
