About The Position

Broccoli AI is seeking AI Strategy Leads to spearhead the rollout and expansion of Broccoli within their key customer accounts. This role is crucial for building the AI Strategy function from its inception. It offers a significant opportunity at the nexus of customer engagement, operations, analytics, and product strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the executive teams of major home services platforms to implement Broccoli, assess business impact, and discover avenues for broader AI integration across their operations. Insights derived from close customer collaboration will directly influence the future development of the Broccoli platform, while cultivated relationships will foster sustained customer growth and expansion. This position requires occasional travel to customer sites for deployment support and to strengthen executive relationships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in tech consulting (Senior Associate or Manager level at Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.), with a track record of leading projects and presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Strong program and project leadership skills, including experience coordinating complex implementations or transformation initiatives
  • Excellent executive communication, including the ability to distill complex operational data into clear insights and lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical ability, including comfort working with operational and financial data to quantify business impact.
  • High ownership mindset, with a track record of driving initiatives from idea through execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Excited to work in-person in San Francisco

Responsibilities

  • Function as the AI Transformation Project Manager for strategic customers rollouts (coordinating Broccoli’s onboarding, CSM, and engineering teams alongside customer stakeholders).
  • Own executive-level reporting and conversations (including deployment updates, ROI business reviews, and discussions on future AI opportunities).
  • Create customer expansion strategies (identifying opportunities for customers to adopt additional Broccoli products and expand usage across their operations).
  • Drive the product roadmap (serving as the voice of the customer by developing a deep understanding of customer operations, bringing their highest-priority needs back to Broccoli, and identifying new AI workflows that drive meaningful operational value).
  • Build the AI Strategy function (design the playbooks, reporting frameworks, and best practices that will scale Broccoli’s enterprise deployments as the company grows).
