About The Position

The AI Strategy Intern will partner with company leadership to support the development and implementation of internal AI programs. This role will contribute to AI policy development, employee training, process improvement, and organizational best practices while researching practical applications of artificial intelligence across Human Resources, recruiting, and business operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Information Systems, or related).

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging artificial intelligence technologies and business applications.
• Assist in developing internal AI policies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Support the creation of employee AI training and development programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, HR, and operational processes through AI.
• Evaluate AI tools and prepare recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare reports, presentations, documentation, and project materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI initiatives and organizational projects.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
