About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, business-focused AI leader with strong experience across Finance, Customer Experience, Business Process Transformation, Back-Office Operations, and Data-driven decisioning within the Healthcare and Insurance sectors. This role requires a startup mindset, the ability to reimagine processes, and the capability to translate AI and Business AI into real business value. The ideal candidate can confidently engage with CFOs, Finance leaders, Operations executives, and cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption, innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Healthcare and Insurance (payer, provider, PBM, or health-tech).
  • Deep familiarity with Finance functions including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, revenue cycle, claims finance, actuarial workflows, and financial operations.
  • Experience improving customer experience through digital or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong business process and back-office transformation experience.
  • Ability to reimagine processes and drive innovation across functional domains.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, GenAI applications, automation, and data ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Ability to articulate both AI and Business AI to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of data structures, data readiness, and functional domain requirements.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to present to C-suite, especially CFO and Finance leadership.
  • Self-starter with high ownership and adaptability.
  • Comfortable building from scratch and iterating quickly.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working with startups or innovation-driven teams is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, value engineering, or business consulting roles.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI platforms, automation tools, analytics solutions, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Background in healthcare payer/provider, insurance, or finance transformation programs.
  • Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or innovation-led teams, especially in AI or digital transformation contexts.
  • Ability to contribute to go-to-market narratives, solution positioning, or value articulation for senior customers.
  • Exposure to product thinking or co-creating solutions with engineering and product teams.
  • MBA or equivalent business / finance education.
  • Experience engaging with CFO organizations on finance modernization, data, or AI-led initiatives.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces where requirements are evolving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales engagements, discovery workshops, and solution demonstrations.
  • Translate healthcare and insurance business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
  • Build ROI models, business cases, and financial impact assessments.
  • Partner with sales teams to shape deal strategy, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Engage with startup partners, ecosystem players, and innovation teams to co-create solutions.
  • Understand AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and data ecosystems.
  • Design end-to-end AI solutions for finance, claims, underwriting, customer service, and provider operations.
  • Translate both AI and Business AI concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to shape solution architecture.
  • Evaluate data readiness, data quality, and functional domain requirements for AI deployment.
  • Analyze and redesign back-office workflows across finance, claims, billing, and customer operations.
  • Lead transformation across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and broader F&A operations.
  • Reimagine processes using AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and data-driven insights.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to modernize legacy processes and enable digital-first operations.
  • Lead transformation initiatives across customer service, member services, provider support, and contact center operations.
  • Identify AI opportunities across call deflection, agent assist, knowledge automation, and omnichannel experience.
  • Improve customer satisfaction, reduce handle time, and enhance operational efficiency using AI and automation.
  • Communicate effectively with CFOs, Finance Directors, Operations leaders, and Customer Experience executives.
  • Present complex AI concepts in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Influence decision-making through strong storytelling, financial modeling, and strategic insight.
  • Build trusted relationships with business and functional leaders.
  • Operate with agility, ownership, and a bias for action.
  • Wear multiple hats across pre-sales, solutioning, customer success, and light project oversight.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and help build scalable processes as the company grows.
  • Work effectively with startup partners, innovation labs, and emerging technology vendors.
