About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an AI Solutions Manager position. This position sits at the intersection of AI tools, user experience, and organizational enablement. The individual will help bring AI capabilities to life across the organization by supporting adoption, training teams, and translating emerging AI tools into practical, day-to-day workflows. This position will focus on enabling teams to effectively use AI, ensuring solutions are understood, adopted, and delivering real value. The individual will work closely with product, data, and business teams to support rollout, gather feedback, and continuously improve how AI is used in practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in roles such as operations, consulting, product support, training, enablement, or similar
  • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots) and eagerness to deepen expertise
  • Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Curious about AI and motivated to stay up to date on emerging tools and capabilities
  • Comfortable working across teams and supporting a variety of stakeholders
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Bias toward action and learning by doing
  • Interest in user experience, workflow improvement, or change management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, or leading workshops is a plus
  • Familiarity with user feedback, process improvement, or change initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support rollout of AI tools and capabilities across teams, ensuring smooth adoption
  • Help identify practical use cases where AI can improve workflows and productivity
  • Assist in developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and office hours
  • Create clear, accessible documentation, guides, and examples for end users
  • Act as a point of contact for questions, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
  • Translate AI capabilities into simple, actionable guidance for non-technical users
  • Develop training materials, playbooks, and internal communications
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and tailor enablement efforts
  • Help build excitement and confidence around AI adoption across the organization
  • Gather user feedback to understand pain points, friction, and opportunities
  • Support user testing and iteration of AI-enabled workflows
  • Help refine how AI tools fit into existing processes and systems
  • Identify common patterns and share best practices across teams
  • Work with product, engineering, and data teams to communicate user needs
  • Support responsible and compliant use of AI tools in a regulated environment
  • Help track adoption metrics and surface insights on usage and impact
