The AI Solutions Lead will be a key player in the company's ambitious AI rollout, responsible for AI adoption across the organization and its products. This role involves designing, building, implementing, and training staff on AI systems for internal processes, infrastructure, and the Chamber product itself. The position touches all departments and business processes, requiring collaboration across disciplines to innovate and enhance well-being technologies. The AI Solutions Lead will be part of the Software and Digital Platform team, responsible for the technical direction, systems, tools, integrations, and security for AI company-wide. While deeply technical, the role also requires a strong understanding of the business, its processes, and its people.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with technical work.
- Organized and methodical in approach to prioritization of work.
- Thrives working in diverse teams and technical environments, comfortable context-switching between different stacks and problem domains.
- Ability to understand how all systems and processes work across different parts of the business and design solutions that improve them.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple programming languages and technologies (Python, Typescript, etc.).
- Deep understanding of customers, revenue model, and how technical decisions impact outcomes.
- Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Typescript, Python, or similar).
- Strong with software development fundamentals (Git, GitHub, etc).
- Experience building AI systems and Agents using Anthropic SDK, OpenSource frameworks, or equivalent.
- Experience with multi-agent architectures, knowledge-graphs, and shared memory.
- Strong database knowledge, vector, PostgresSQL or similar.
- Proficiency with modern development tools.
- Experience with Figma for Design.
- 4.5+ Years of Experience working on Software projects.
- 3+ Years Experience designing and building AI solutions.
- Previous experience building Apps, Automations, and Websites.
- Previous experience working in a Startup or Early Stage fast growing company.
Responsibilities
- AI Implementation: Design, build, and maintain all AI systems across the company, including internal marketing, sales, finance, and operations systems, as well as local AI systems in engineering workflows and the Chamber product.
- AI Adoption: Educate, train, support, and uplift everyone in the company with their AI adoption through office hours, tutorials, resource provision, and solution sourcing.
- AI Infrastructure: Architect and operate a scalable infrastructure that enables both non-technical and technical teams to use AI securely and productively.
- AI Systems & Agents: In conjunction with departments, design, build, and maintain all AI systems and agents, including administering off-the-shelf AI systems (e.g., Claude, Viktor, Cursor) and custom-built Agents, Skills, Plugins, and Tools.
- AI Security: Create, maintain, and enforce data, privacy, and security policies across all AI systems and Agents, including organization, department, and role-based permissions.
- Other Projects: Assist in building other internal systems such as automations and micro-apps.
