This role is crucial in deploying our AI-powered platform to enterprise clients, shifting the focus from manual configuration to directing AI for workflow generation and validation. You will be responsible for end-to-end platform deployments, advising customers, guiding AI-assisted builds, and ensuring outputs meet client needs. This is an early-stage opportunity on our customer team, with the potential to shape the future of the role.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-bar environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurial background).
• Comfortable directing AI tools to produce first-draft work and confident in evaluating their output.
• Ability to write clear, specific instructions for AI and evaluate the results.
• Client-facing experience or the ability to excel in client-facing roles.
• Track record of exceptional achievement in any field.
• Comfortable reasoning about system architecture, including data models, primary keys, and integration sequencing.
• Ability to build real relationships with people at all levels and manage pushback and stakeholder politics.
• Comfortable running meetings with diverse stakeholders across cross-functional tools.
• Ability to balance detail-oriented tasks with big-picture strategic thinking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills (clear and concise, verbal and written).
• Highly organized, capable of managing 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently.

Nice To Haves

• Prior use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor.
• Experience in procurement, finance, legal, or IT workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with customer stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to translate their processes into an Omnea configuration.
• Design target workflows, including approval chains, routing logic, integrations, and edge cases.
• Own the sequencing of integrations for complex deployments, determining dependencies and making critical decisions about data sources and reconciliation.
• Define success criteria and create a realistic go-live plan with customer sponsors.
• Configure specialized AI agents for customer use, such as intake and risk assessment agents.
• Design how AI agents work together as a system, ensuring seamless data flow between them.
• Validate all AI-generated outputs against customer processes, policies, and edge cases before deployment.
• Handle aspects that AI cannot, including judgment calls on ambiguous requirements and custom logic.
• Present configured workflows to stakeholders, manage pushback, and gain buy-in.
• Lead multi-day onsite workshops with customers, coordinating numerous stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Project-manage deployments, including timelines, blockers, stakeholder alignment, and path to launch.
• Track post-go-live adoption and ensure configurations adapt to evolving customer processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering during the design phase to provide early feedback on new modules.
• Share learnings about AI tooling and configurations with the team.
