About The Position

This role involves delivering AI solutions focused on contract management and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. The engineer will be responsible for architecting end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model selection (LLM, NLP, ML), integration points, and user experience flows within an enterprise ecosystem. The position requires translating business problems into technical requirements and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of total experience.
• At least 2 years of focused AI/ML solutions delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience with contract management, CLM platforms, or adjacent legaltech domains.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP techniques, and their application to document-heavy workflows.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering).

• Experience with GenAI, NLP, and contract intelligence tooling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with contract lifecycle stakeholders to identify automation and intelligence opportunities (e.g., clause extraction, obligation tracking, renewal prediction, risk scoring, contract summarization).
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection (LLM, NLP, ML), integration points, and UX flows that fit within the enterprise ecosystem.
• Own the build cycle, including requirements gathering and implementation.
