The AI Solutions Director will lead the identification, evaluation, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions that transform workflows, improve productivity, and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology, and innovation, partnering closely with business leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines experience in operations, workflow transformation, product management, and change leadership, with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, product management, consulting, process improvement, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Experience implementing technology, automation, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and workflow design.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
  • Experience driving organizational change and user adoption.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, asset management, banking, insurance, or enterprise operations environments.
  • Background in AI, GenAI, workflow orchestration, automation, or digital transformation programs.
  • Product management or enterprise platform experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation, automation, and workflow redesign.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to uncover high-impact use cases.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities across business functions.
  • Define business objectives, success metrics, and expected value for proposed initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on the practical application of AI technologies.
  • Evaluate internal capabilities, vendor solutions, and emerging AI technologies against business requirements.
  • Partner with technology, data, risk, compliance, and legal teams to assess feasibility and governance considerations.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs to validate business value and user adoption.
  • Build business cases, implementation plans, and value realization frameworks.
  • Oversee deployment of AI solutions from pilot through enterprise adoption.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
  • Establish governance, controls, and operating models that support responsible AI deployment.
  • Partner with functional leaders to embed AI capabilities into operating procedures and workflows.
  • Establish training, communication, and change management programs to support successful adoption.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, productivity gains, and business outcomes.
  • Collect user feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion.
  • Create repeatable frameworks and best practices for AI solution deployment across the organization.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends and identify new opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
