About The Position

Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We’re transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We’re backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups. We are hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to engage, educate, and close prospective customers looking to modernize their software development with AI. You will work directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at mid-market and enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is a highly competitive, sales-driven role for someone who wants to win deals, build relationships, and help drive revenue. We want technically sharp, high-achieving individuals—former athletes, debaters, or those with a proven history of excelling in competitive environments. You’ll work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team to capitalize on the massive inbound demand we’re experiencing, and manage customer relationships post-sale to drive expansion across enterprise teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
  • Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products
  • Background working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling
  • Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows
  • Previous experience at companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy
  • Lead technical discussions around software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows
  • Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact
  • Help customers integrate Blitzy into their existing development environments
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights
  • Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives
  • Engage inbound prospects with confidence, quickly diagnosing their pain points and mapping them to Blitzy’s platform capabilities
  • Deliver compelling platform demos to Senior Developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum
  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end—from first touch through PoC to contract close
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders inside accounts, positioning Blitzy as a strategic development partner
  • Drive post-sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers successfully grow Blitzy usage across teams and products
  • Act as the technical conduit between our CTO, AI Engineering team, and the customer’s experience on the platform
  • Track and optimize your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss to sharpen your approach
