About The Position

Snyk is a leader in secure AI software development, empowering millions of developers to build fast and stay secure as AI transforms software creation. Their AI-native Developer Security Platform seamlessly integrates into development and security workflows, facilitating the discovery, remediation, and prevention of vulnerabilities across code, dependencies, containers, and cloud. Snyk's mission is to enable every developer to innovate securely in the AI era, enhancing productivity while mitigating business risk. The company operates on core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As the AI Solutions Analyst for Business Acceleration, this role serves as the technical driving force behind AI adoption and workflow development within Snyk’s AI Security Business Unit. Situated within the Business Architecture & Acceleration team, the primary objective is to establish and implement the technical foundations and automated workflows necessary to transform the Business Unit into an AI-first organization. This position is ideal for a proactive "builder" with a computer science background who can bridge business objectives with technical execution, ensuring data readiness, workflow automation, employee enablement, and maximum operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly technical quantitative field.
  • ~3 years of professional experience in technical operations, software development, or systems integration.
  • Demonstrated experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), building skills and workflows with Claude Code / Claude Cowork or experimentation with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, API architecture, and the flow of information within a SaaS enterprise.
  • Comfortable writing Python and working with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom scripts).
  • The ability to understand "why" something is being built, motivated by seeing how a technical solution moves a business KPI.
  • Ability to explain technical implementations to non-technical stakeholders and listen to business needs to inform builds.
  • A "maker" who thrives on solving puzzles with limited supervision, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
  • An inherent understanding of data privacy and security—essential for building internal tools within a security company like Snyk.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy automated AI workflows, building the "connective tissue" between tools (Jira, Slack, Salesforce, internal APIs) using LLM orchestration, Python scripts, and modern automation frameworks.
  • Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure internal operational data is structured for AI consumption (e.g., preparing datasets for RAG pipelines or maintaining vector stores for internal documentation).
  • Act as the primary builder for the Business Architecture and Acceleration team, creating functional Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for internal tools that solve specific operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the AI Security BU’s strategic goals, translating these business objectives into technical requirements, ensuring every automation built directly contributes to acceleration.
  • Support the team in auditing internal business processes to identify friction points where AI-native solutions can provide significant improvements in speed or quality.
  • Implement "Best Human Practices" for AI adoption, defining the interfaces where humans provide ground truth, feedback, and oversight to AI agents.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, GTM) to help them transition to new AI-augmented workflows, providing technical support and guidance during the adoption phase.
  • Maintain "Golden Paths"—documentation, prompt libraries, and training materials—to ensure consistent and effective AI usage across the BU.
