About The Position

TS is seeking a highly motivated AI Solutions Analyst within the Modern Workplace Team to help advance the Firm’s AI strategy. This role works closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify, shape and evaluate opportunities where AI can deliver meaningful business value. The AI Solutions Analyst conducts domain analysis, develops rapid proofs of concept, and supports AI initiatives and product evaluations aligned with long‑term objectives. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to deeply understand business challenges and rethink functions with AI at the center. The successful candidate brings prior experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions and a strong foundational understanding of modern AI systems, patterns and constraints to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible. They are able to clearly convey how redesigned workflows will operate in practice, using proofs of concept, conceptual models or executive‑level artifacts, to guide business partners toward AI‑first approaches that effectively address their underlying goals. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in consulting, advisory, or internal transformation roles where they partnered with business leaders to deliver AI‑enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field is required
• 7+ years of experience shaping and delivering technology-enabled solutions for complex business problems, ideally within Financial Services or consulting within the financial sector
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI concepts and patterns to real-world business challenges, with sufficient technical depth to assess feasibility, tradeoffs and determine appropriate solution approaches including: GenAI Solutions: Experience with LLM-enabled applications (copilots, summarization, drafting and Q&A) Automation & Integration: Workflow orchestration, API calls, human-in-the-loop approvals and content safety guardrails Evaluation & Guardrails: Prompt testing, safe completions, role based access and data minimization Model Adaptation: Ability to guide or collaborate on model adaptation approaches (e.g., fine tuning, or prompt-based techniques) for domain-specific terminology and workflows, in partnership with development teams Agentic patterns & assistants: Understands that many AI solutions require composing multiple patterns (planning, tool use, reflection/verification and multi-agent orchestration) to achieve reliable outcomes. Can assess which pattern(s) fit a given business problem, define the operating model for the workflow (what AI does vs. what stays human-led) and communicate the design clearly enough for business alignment and developer implementation Prompt engineering & evaluation: Skilled at task framing, constraints, role instructions and iterative testing to drive reliable outputs RAG & enterprise grounding: Understanding when and how to ground LLMs in firm content (indexing / metadata strategy and retrieval quality) to improve accuracy and reduce risk PoC tooling literacy (not full build): Comfortable building proofs of concept that convey approach to business partners and tech frameworks to the development teams using tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate and AI Foundry
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects at enterprise-scale across multiple stakeholder groups driving measurable business outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a view toward building and maintaining positive relationships between colleagues across technology and business teams
• An expert understanding of the software development lifecycle, while working with hybrid teams including staff and third-party vendors
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories and use cases to support effective solution design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary Solutions Analyst for AI initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their processes, challenges and objectives
• Assessing whether AI is an appropriate solution for a given business problem and identifying where it can deliver measurable business value
• Re-imagining business processes with AI-first approaches, including defining how processes must evolve with AI, automation or agent-based patterns are introduced
• Translating business needs into practical, actionable solution concepts grounded in modern AI capabilities and technical feasibility
• Defining solution requirements, assumptions and success criteria through user stories, processing mapping and stakeholder collaboration with a focus on enabling downstream delivery
• Rapidly developing and iterating on proofs of concept using tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate and AI Foundry to validate solution viability and business impact
• Evaluating alternative solution approaches and communicating tradeoffs, feasibility and recommendations to stakeholders
• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborating with business users to secure sign-off
• Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, the Modern Workplace Team and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project execution
• Conveying solution intent, requirements, facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting the team throughout the build process
• Leading user acceptance testing, coordinating solution launch activities and partnering with Change Management to drive training and adoption
• Monitoring project progress, resolving issues and ensuring that solutions meet agreed-upon business outcomes
• Utilizing Azure DevOps for tracking, prioritization and transparency
• Communicating complex AI concepts, solution designs and workflow changes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
• Staying current on emerging AI trends and best practices
