We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer to help reinvent how our business operates. This is not a traditional operations role, IT role, or project management role. We are looking for a builder: Someone who naturally sees friction, repetitive work, disconnected systems, poor workflows, and operational drag — and immediately starts thinking: How could AI handle this? How could this workflow improve? How should these systems connect? How do we remove work while improving the customer experience? You will work directly with our sales, service, and operations teams to build internal tools, AI workflows, automations, copilots, and operational systems that make the business faster, smarter, and more scalable. You’ll also leverage the AI capabilities baked into our insurtech. You will sit inside the business — listening to calls, studying workflows, understanding customer interactions, identifying friction points, and building practical solutions. You do not need insurance experience; you’ll get that here. You do need strong builder instincts. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, internal operations, and AI spec-driven development, workflow automation, systems thinking, and lightweight product building.
