As an AI & Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers focused on solving complex challenges, developing AI-driven solutions, and shaping the technology stack that powers Alli’s Actions, Data, or Insights pillars. This is an opportunity to influence the future of AI-powered marketing, drive real impact for our clients, and mentor engineers as they build groundbreaking solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to define the technical vision and balance innovation with business needs.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related experience.
2+ years leading and mentoring a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth
2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
Proven ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, ensuring team success.
Strong expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID engineering principles.
Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies, including Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go.
Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering real-world impact and continuous improvement.
Experience in digital marketing or advertising technology and its intersection with engineering solutions.
Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Kafka.
