About The Position

This position reports to the Director, Site AI Transformation and leads organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies required to successfully implement AI-enabled transformation across the site. Many AI projects fail because nobody changes how they work. This role is accountable for ensuring solutions are actually used, that behavior changes, and that benefits are realized and sustained — asking constantly: who uses this, how often, and did behavior actually change? As a member of the site AI team, this role serves as a Front Door to organizations across the site — Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering & Tech Services, Safety, Finance, and Quality — engaging stakeholders to surface opportunities, frame value cases, and deliver AI-enabled improvements measured by the money, time, risk, or capacity they save the business.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 3+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience leading stakeholder engagement, training, communications, behavior change, or adoption for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to translate technical or process changes into clear messages and practical user guidance.
  • Strong facilitation, written communication, relationship-building, and executive update skills.
  • Normal office role with frequent computer-based work, meetings, data review, business process analysis, and collaboration with site business areas.
  • Ability to perform complex problem solving, prioritization, risk assessment, quantitative analysis, and written documentation.
  • Periodic presence in manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, or operational areas may be required; must follow applicable site safety, gowning, data integrity, and GMP expectations.
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Change management certification, communications experience, learning/training design, project management, product adoption, or digital transformation experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, laboratory, engineering, or regulated/GMP environments preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, Power BI/Tableau, Core and Local systems, or collaborative tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Front Door strategic partner to assigned site organizations for data enablement; understand each area's process flow and data sources firsthand.
  • Serve as strategic partner and relationship owner for engagement across site organizations.
  • Develop change management, engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies for AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.
  • Identify impacted users, stakeholder groups, business process changes, role impacts, readiness risks, and adoption barriers.
  • Build and support AI champion networks across functions, shifts, and user communities to accelerate awareness and feedback.
  • Create role-based training materials, communications, user guides, adoption plans, feedback channels, and executive update content.
  • Measure adoption, usage, satisfaction, behavior change, capability building, and realized benefits after deployment.
  • Partner with IMEx/CI and business process owners to update standard work, process documentation, support models, and sustainability plans.
  • Capture user feedback and lessons learned to improve solution design, rollout approach, training, and future prioritization.
  • Coach teams and leaders on how to frame AI as a practical enabler of better decisions, reduced manual work, and improved operational performance.
  • Develops and leads a site CoP Community of Practice amongst site AI users.
