About The Position

The Senior Automation Engineer is the company’s senior hands-on UiPath engineer, building RPA, API, and agentic automations that reduce routine work for operators and back-office staff so they can focus on resident care. The role orchestrates automations with UiPath Maestro and uses code-first tools when they are a better fit. The engineer is responsible for automations end to end, from requirements gathering and process documentation through development, testing, deployment, and production support. The team works AI-first and manages all code in Git. The position requires advanced knowledge and the consistent exercise of discretion and judgment. The role is based in Beachwood, Ohio. It is a full-time opportunity, with shifts needed varying. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required. The employer describes its work as supporting quality resident care and identifies itself as an organization in skilled nursing care.
