About The Position

Coaching Central Technologies is seeking an AI-Savvy Project & Operations Manager to own zero-to-one projects across cosmetics, software, and health. This role is for an AI-native generalist who can independently figure out and drive projects to completion, working directly with the founder. The position involves managing projects from conception to execution, including supplier sourcing, contract review, setting up new companies, building processes and automations using AI, managing multiple projects in parallel, and eventually contributing to financial planning, marketing oversight, recruiting, and team collaboration. The role offers direct access to the founder and significant growth potential.

Requirements

2+ years in a role requiring independent problem-solving (e.g., consulting, startup, agency, founding a company).
Exceptional raw problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English for negotiation.
Daily AI usage with a clear understanding of personal workflow.
Comfortable with numbers and contracts, including building comparison sheets and reading supplier agreements.
Ability to run and sanity-check AI-generated content (not a developer).
Full-time and exclusive commitment to this role.
Must be happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.

Nice To Haves

Experience in e-commerce, product launches, or marketing.
Experience sourcing and communicating with international manufacturers.
Previous experience in a startup, family office, or multi-company environment.
German language skills.

Responsibilities

Own projects end to end, including finding suppliers, managing communication, chasing samples and pricing, and reviewing contracts for recommendations.
Turn research into decisions by providing structured comparisons and proposals.
Set up new companies with lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors across several jurisdictions.
Build processes, trackers, controlling dashboards, and automations using AI.
Keep several unrelated projects moving in parallel and ensure completion, including by other people.
Handle financial planning and controlling across companies (as the role grows).
Provide marketing oversight, analyze paid ad and A/B test results, and guide specialists (as the role grows).
Assist with recruiting, including outreach, screening, and hiring decisions (as the role grows).
Work directly with teams in each company on pressing tasks (as the role grows).
