AI Review Consultant / Senior AI Review Analyst
About The Position
Support the execution of enterprise AI governance reviews, ensuring AI use cases are assessed consistently, documented appropriately, and progressed through established governance processes. The role performs intake completeness checks and structured risk assessments, prepares review summaries, identifies gaps and risks, and tracks conditions, evidence, and remediation actions through closure. It supports new and periodic AI reviews and maintains review records and audit-ready documentation. The role coordinates with business, AI/IT, Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to obtain required information and evidence, and follows established governance templates, decision criteria, and escalation paths. It provides analysis and recommendations but does not own final governance decisions, risk acceptance, policy authority, or executive escalation. This is a six-month temporary onsite assignment in Des Moines, Iowa.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience.
- Experience in AI/Model Risk.
- Experience in Responsible AI governance.
- Experience in Technology Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Data Governance.
- Experience in Compliance and Regulatory controls.
- Experience in IT Controls and Governance.
- Understanding of AI and GenAI risks.
- Understanding of governance controls, privacy, security, and Responsible AI principles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and issue-tracking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform AI intake completeness checks and structured risk assessments using approved governance frameworks and rubrics.
- Prepare review summaries and identify gaps and risks.
- Track conditions, evidence, and remediation actions through closure.
- Support new AI reviews and periodic reviews.
- Maintain review records and audit-ready documentation.
