Requirements

  • MBA, MS HCI, MS Computer Science, or related graduate candidate at a top program.
  • Demonstrable writing portfolio: technical blog posts, newsletters, research summaries, or equivalent artifacts.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts—enough to read a model card or benchmark result and explain it accurately to a broad audience.
  • Experience with digital content tools: CMS platforms, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Substack, or equivalent), and basic SEO analytics (Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in UX writing, technical communication, developer relations, or product marketing.
  • Experience designing or contributing to website content—particularly data-rich or research-oriented microsites.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code web tools (Webflow, Framer, Notion Sites) or comfort working alongside web engineers.
  • Prior work at the intersection of AI research and communications (e.g., lab blog, AI newsletter, research PR).
  • Understanding of human-computer interaction, usability, or responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

  • Own and produce a bi-weekly AI Insights Newsletter targeting researchers, enterprise leaders, and developer communities—from brief to distribution.
  • Curate, synthesize, and contextualize the most relevant AI research developments, Centific product updates, and industry data trends.
  • Design subscriber-growth experiments, track open and click-through rates, and iterate on format and content mix based on engagement data.
  • Partner with engineering and research teams to surface internal breakthroughs worth publishing externally.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to concept, write, and launch benchmark landing pages that present Centific’s data quality and model performance results.
  • Translate raw evaluation metrics and leaderboard data into narrative-driven web copy that is credible to ML practitioners and accessible to executive buyers.
  • Maintain a living research hub—updating methodology pages, adding new benchmark runs, and ensuring SEO discoverability.
  • Work with UX partners to define information architecture and content hierarchy for complex, multi-persona research microsites.
  • Produce 2–4 high-quality technical blog posts per month spanning topics such as AI data pipelines, annotation best practices, GenAI evaluation, healthcare AI, and responsible AI.
  • Ghostwrite executive bylines and practitioner deep-dives; adapt content across formats (long-form, listicle, how-to tutorial, opinion piece).
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned with company launches, conference seasons, and community moments.
  • Drive SEO strategy—keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking—to grow organic reach.
  • Develop a comprehensive content taxonomy for Centific’s research output: white papers, arXiv summaries, dataset release notes, model cards, and case studies.
  • Create structured templates and style guides so research content is consistently framed for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with the research team to produce dataset and benchmark release communications—press-ready abstracts, explainer posts, and social assets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of how peer companies communicate AI research and identify differentiated positioning opportunities for Centific.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel distribution: email, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, developer forums (Hugging Face, GitHub, Reddit r/MachineLearning), and conference channels.
  • Define and track KPIs—newsletter subscribers, blog organic sessions, microsite bounce rate, social impressions, share of voice—and report bi-weekly to leadership.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and content formats; document findings in a running insights library.
