As the Reporting & Analytics Lead / Specialist, you are responsible for owning and evolving the performance measurement and financial reporting analytics framework, delivering executive-ready insights through trusted KPIs, standardized reporting, automation, and Power BI dashboards. This role serves as a single source of truth for operational, business management, and SWP program reporting, enabling timely and informed decision-making for VP and executive leadership. With AI enablement capabilities, the role also supports the modernization of reporting processes, strengthens governance, improves reporting accuracy, and helps reduce operational and regulatory risk through process standardization, enhanced transparency, and scalable analytics solutions. Requirements

  • Good experience with AI enablement capabilities.
  • Experience with building AI models/dashboard.
  • Strong analytical judgment and can translate complex datasets into concise, actionable insights.
  • Comfortable influencing without authority and can align multiple stakeholders to common definitions and standards.
  • Operate with high attention to detail and are disciplined about documentation, controls, and change management.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical teams and executive audiences, balancing accuracy with simplicity.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Technical discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the KPI glossary, including metric definitions, formulas, targets, and thresholds.
  • Establish data quality checks and reconciliations across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Own metric change control to prevent reporting drift and eliminate multiple versions of the truth.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and standardized scorecards that provide clear, actionable performance views.
  • Deliver recurring monthly and quarterly performance reporting packs with concise, commentary-ready insights.
  • Enable drill-down analysis across domains, including incident drivers, stability trends, and backlog themes.
  • Reduce reliance on manual Excel and PowerPoint reporting by implementing automation and reusable reporting templates.
  • Improve dashboard refresh cadence, performance, and overall user experience.
  • Streamline reporting processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
