Lead Business Analytics & Reporting Partner

EquinixDallas, TX
$103,000 - $155,000Onsite

About The Position

We are the analytics engine behind Global Billing, Credit & Collections. We take raw data from Oracle, Salesforce, and a dozen other systems and turn it into the reporting that leadership actually runs the business on. We own the 'what and why' of reporting; IT owns the 'how' of sourcing and engineering the data. Right now we are moving GBCC reporting from fragmented, one-off spreadsheets into a single, trusted analytics platform — and we are looking for someone in Dallas who wants to help build that, not just maintain it. Why this role is exciting: Real ownership. You are the business owner for analytics and reporting — you will have active role in deciding what gets built and why, not just how Modern stack, modern problems. GCP, BigQuery, Looker, Python — we are actively modernizing, not maintaining legacy Visible impact. Your dashboards land in front of directors and operations leaders. Good work gets seen fast Growth on purpose. We are early in a multi-year transformation. The person who joins now helps set the standard for everyone who follows

Requirements

  • Strong SQL — you can explore, validate, and reason about data on your own
  • Solid grasp of data structures, joins, and keys, and how datasets connect
  • Hands-on with Oracle (Fusion/EBS) and Salesforce (SFDC) data structures and how they support business processes
  • Experience with cloud analytics platforms (GCP / BigQuery a strong plus) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
  • Bonus: Real understanding of B2B billing, credit, and collections — how quoting and ordering flow through to invoices and cash
  • Bonus: Python automation for reconciliation, validation, and reporting efficiency

Nice To Haves

  • A logical, structured thinker who breaks big, ambiguous problems into workable pieces
  • Adaptable and curious — picks up new tools and domains quickly
  • Resilient and pragmatic — keeps momentum through change and uncertainty
  • A self-starter who is credible with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Align stakeholders on trade-offs, dependencies, and impacts when priorities shift
